Royal African Culinary was born out of a deep love for African food and a desire to share the rich culinary heritage of Africa with the world. Founded by Mercy Etonyeaku, a proud Nigerian living in Canada, the restaurant embodies the spirit of Africa’s vibrant and diverse culture.
Mercy grew up in Nigeria, surrounded by the aromas and flavors of traditional African dishes prepared by her family. When she moved to Canada, she brought with her the dream of keeping these culinary traditions alive, not just for fellow Africans in the diaspora but for anyone who craves an authentic taste of Africa.
